- All the prices in this site include VAT (sales tax) We normally dispatch ordered goods the next business day, or within two business days (orders given on Fridays Saturdays and Sundays are normally dispatched on Monday) Goods are sent via Standard Registered Shipping, but in near future the option of Express Shipping will be available as well. Small parcels (up to 2 kilos) take 2-8 business days to reach you in Europe, or 5-10 business days for USA and 7-20 days for Australia. Larger parcels 2-20 kilos take more time. In the unlikely event that you have not received the ordered goods in 20-25 days, do not hesitate to contact us. Please make sure you put a valid e mail address and also a telephone number for contact in case we need to contact you. We are not responsible for any customs or duties that may have to pay in your country. All goods sent are in mint condition. We make every possible effort to pack the ordered goods in the best possible way, so you get your order in the best possible condition. The shipping cost is automatically calculated when you give your order. You can see the shipping cost when you go to check out before you pay. - We can accept returns and replacements but please contact us prior returning the package.
