Black MALABAR pepper / Tiger pepper (ground/powder)


Malabar black peppercorns are named for the region from which they are harvested, the Malabar Coast of India. These peppercorns will enhance many dishes with their bold and well-rounded taste, which is just a bit fruity and very aromatic. 

Grind in a pepper mill or use whole and add to soups, stews, roasted meats, fish, sauces, stocks and marinades.
