"Pesto Peperoncino" Spice Mix
Giving classic Italian pesto a peppery twist, this mix enhances the incredible basil-based flavor with aromatic garlic and fiery chili notes on top of a slightly sour touch due to fresh lemon peel.

Great in meat marinades and BBQ dishes, usable as a dry rub on beef, chicken, pork or fish. Ideal for pasta dishes, spreads (on bruschetta) and even to aromatize oils that you want to use for frying.
Recipe: 2 Tbsp of "Pesto Peperoncino", 4 Tbsp water, and 4 Tbsp olive oil. Let the mixture soak in the water for 10-15 minutes. Add the oil and mix. Can be used with pasta, meats, and sauces.
