"Botano" Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cultivated in the area of Kouses in Botano’s biodynamic garden, the olives are harvested early while still unripe (green and unwrinkled). Pressing unripe olives yields less juice but also conserves the natural polyphenols found in olive oil which are full of antioxidants and have extra low acidity.
Early harvested olive oil is also superior both in taste and health benefits, as it has a bitter, fruity, and grassy aftertaste, with the typical burning sensation that premium oil is famous for, and health-wise, it plays a key role in regulating metabolism, high blood pressure, and chronic diseases.
