Forest Honey

Linden Honey is light and refreshing. It's made from the blooms of various kinds of Tilia trees, and it's called Linden honey or Basswood honey in North America, and Lime honey in the UK and Europe. It's high-quality honey that's been consumed for thousands of years.

Forest wildflower honey is a better alternative to sugar. Although honey is a sweetener, raw wildflower honey is a far superior alternative to sugar. It's natural, unprocessed, and doesn't include empty calories like sugar.

This is a combination of both, providing additional health benefits along with a unique taste.

Honey in general is a nutrient-dense food that contains enzymes, vitamins, and minerals, as well as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antibacterial qualities. Vitamin B6, thiamine, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, and niacin are also present.

It can help with bloating, constipation, and acid reflux, on top of alleviating sore throats, coughs, and colds, along with maintaining a healthy immune response, minimizing allergies, combating free radical damage, and overcoming sweet cravings.
Moreover, it contains bee pollen and propolis, both of which are beneficial to one's health.

Finally, don't forget linden honey's long history of usage in the treatment of insomnia. The soothing effect of this type of honey is due to flavonoids and farnesol. These substances operate on the sleep-related receptors in the brain. Potassium, calcium, and manganese are among the trace elements found in them.

◉ Honey should be stored in airtight glass containers -in a cool, dark, and dry area- to preserve its flavor and properties.
◉ Honey does not produce bacteria because of its low moisture content, making it the only natural food that can be preserved for years.

Pro Honey Tips
Pure honey crystallizes as a natural process, between 6 and 18 months after manufacturing, depending on the quality and storage circumstances. Some crystallize completely, while others just partly.
◉ Simply place a jar of crystallized unheated honey in a warm water bath at 40ºC for around 15 minutes to convert it back into a liquid.
