"Kebab" Spice Mix

Carefully selected herbs and spices that bring out the deep, rich flavors of kebabs and Middle Eastern dishes.

Ingredients
Pepper, Paprika, Sweet Chili, Coriander, Fenugreek, Cumin, Garlic, Parsley, Oregano

Use
Simply add to minced meat and mix, form oval-shaped pieces, and cook. Otherwise, mix with olive oil and coat sliced chicken or a meat of your preference, before threading onto skewers and grilling.
