"Pesto Genovese" spice mix (70gr)
Ingredients: basil, almonds, pine nuts, onion, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, rosemary.
RECIPE: 2 tbsp "Pesto Genovese", 4 tbsp water, 4 tbsp oil.
Put the mixture with water in a bowl and leave to soak for 10 minutes. Add the oil and mix. Use it in pasta, meats and sauces.
