🌿 Madder Root – Natural Egg Dye
Color your Easter eggs the traditional way using madder root. This natural plant dye creates beautiful warm red tones without any chemical dyes. It has been used for centuries and can also be used to dye fabrics.

🥐 Tsoureki Spice Mix
A fragrant blend of mahlep, mastic, and spices that gives Tsoureki its characteristic aroma. Perfect for homemade tsoureki or any kind of brioche.

🔥 Lamb Spice Mix

In Crete, Easter lamb is traditionally cooked either Antikristo (Αντικρυστό) or on the spit (στη σούβλα).

Antikristo literally means “facing the fire”. Large pieces of lamb are placed around the fire in a circle, with the meat facing the flames and slowly roasting for hours. This traditional Cretan method allows the lamb to cook gently, becoming tender and full of flavor. Across Crete, every Easter lamb is prepared either Antikristo or on the spit, bringing family and friends together around the fire.
