A delicious pleasure that excites the senses and arouses a feeling of intoxication you wish would never end. The black truffle also evokes our fifth taste, umami, so they go extremely well with steak and beef fillets.

Directions
Ready to serve and eat, without necessarily cooking. You can slice and serve over hot risotto or pasta, chop and add as a topping on pizza, green salads, steaks, or beef fillet, served in thin slices with scrambled eggs or mashed potatoes, use as a gourmet ingredient for sandwiches, bruschetta, or party canapés or mix with mayonnaise and make a luxury sauce for burgers or sandwiches. You can even use the preserving juice to flavor a potato puree.
