"Medium Hot" Cretan Sea Salt (Fleur De Sel)


This versatile, fiery, sweet, and tangy spiced-up salt mix goes well with just about anything. A pantry staple, it's the perfect blend for sea salt lovers.

The crystals that form on the top during the evaporation process of the seawater are known as "Flower of the Salt" (Fleur De Sel) and are hand-harvested from the south shore of Crete. The Cretan sea salt is naturally high in iodine, nutrients, and minerals all of which are essential to our health and body.

Simply rub onto eggs, vegetables, sauces, poultry, meat, or fish before grilling, roasting, or cooking on the bbq, adding flavor and a gentle dash of heat to any meal.
