The flower honey is collected in the area of the village of Velos in Kastoria. Bees collect nectar from a wide variety of flowers from nearby forests and mountains. It is characterized by its sweet and rich taste that is combined with intense aromas.
Note: Crystallization is a natural phenomenon of unprocessed honey. Liquidize by placing the jar open in a baking pan in hot water, at 45-50 degrees, stirring occasionally.
