Apricots
Dry osmotic apricots are delicious, sweet, and full of nutrients. They are rich in fiber and antioxidants and do not contain any fats, sugar, preservatives, or dyes, making them excellent for snacking or adding to desserts, raw bars, yogurt, nuts, or breakfast cereals and muesli.
Dried apricots also contain mild laxative properties that help relieve constipation.

◉ Osmosis is the process of dehydration of natural fruits, through which the water is removed by immersing the fruit in a solution of concentrated apple juice of high osmotic pressure.
◉ Heat treatment is avoided and their original structure is not broken, keeping the valuable ingredients of the fruit intact.
