Also known as "tree of life", "drumstick tree", "horseradish tree", and "ben oil tree" or "benzoil tree". It is an Indian tree that has been used in traditional medicine for thousands of years.

Its leaves are the most nutritious part of the plant, being a significant source of tissue-protective properties and antioxidants including quercetin and chlorogenic acid.

Moringa leaf powder is rich in protein, vitamin B6, vitamin C, riboflavin, and iron, provitamin A as beta-carotene, vitamin K, manganese, zeatin, beta-sitosterol, caffeoylquinic acid, kaempferol, silymarin, EGCg, elegiac acid, and essential minerals such as zinc.

They also contain several anti-aging compounds that lower the effects of oxidative stress and inflammation, boost immunity, give energy, and protect brain health.

Along with its high concentration of vital nutrients, moringa is used worldwide for treating such widespread conditions as those in the following list:
◉ Inflammation-related diseases, cancer, diabetes and cholesterol, anemia, arthritis & other joint pain such as rheumatism, allergies & asthma, constipation, bad digestion, stomach pains & diarrhea, epilepsy, stomach & intestinal ulcers or spasms, chronic headaches, heart problems including high blood pressure, kidney stones, fluid retention, thyroid disorders, low sex drive since it acts as an Aphrodisiac, and finally increases breast milk production.

    Recommended Dosage
There’s no recommended or required dosage of moringa at this time since it’s only a herbal supplement and not an essential nutrient. It also depends on several factors such as the user’s age, health, and several other conditions.

That being said, there’s some evidence that the optimum dose for humans has been calculated to be 29 milligrams per kilogram of body weight.

Each capsule contains a total of 0,43gr.

It’s recommended that you start by taking 2-3 moringa capsules orally per day for three to five days, increasing your intake slowly over two weeks as you get accumulated to its effects. Most people choose to take moringa every several days but not every single day for a long duration of time since it can cause laxative effects and an upset stomach when overused.
