We do our best to make sure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know:

How long does it take to process my order?

We usually process all orders within 24 to 48 hours of purchase (Monday – Saturday), excluding public holidays.

How long does it take to receive my order?

• Greece: Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days.

• Europe: Typically delivered within 5-12 business days.

• Outside Europe: Delivery may take 2–4 weeks, depending on the destination and customs procedures.

What are my shipping options?

• For Greece, we ship via Geniki Taxydromiki Courier. Upon customer request, we can also ship via Speedex, or ACS.

• For international orders, we use Hellenic Post, DHL, or UPS, depending on the destination and weight of your package.

How much will shipping cost me?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
You can view the exact cost by adding items to your cart and proceeding to the checkout page — no payment is required until you confirm your order.

When will I know my order has shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within a few days, please contact us at info@botano.gr.

Can I cancel my order?

You may try to cancel your order by contacting us immediately after placing it.
Please email info@botano.gr with your full name, order number, and shipping address.
We’ll do our best, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed and shipped.
