Coriander Leaves (Cilantro)

Coriander, often known as cilantro, is high in dietary fiber, manganese, iron, and magnesium. Coriander leaves also include a lot of Vitamin C, Vitamin K, and protein. Calcium, phosphorus, potassium, thiamin, niacin, and carotene are all present at modest levels.

Coriander's health advantages include its usage in the treatment of skin irritation, excessive cholesterol, diarrhea, mouth ulcers, anemia, and indigestion. The plant can also help with menstruation problems, smallpox, conjunctivitis, skin problems, and blood sugar issues, as well as improving vision.

Coriander is used in meals as a culinary spice as well as to prevent food sickness,  in cosmetics and soaps as a fragrance, and as a flavoring component in pharmaceuticals and tobacco.

◉ Should be stored in airtight glass containers -in a cool, dark, and dry place- to preserve the flavor, texture, and properties.
