Use
If you're preparing lamb chops, a roast leg of lamb, or any other lamb dish, you'll want to use this rub! 
Shake onto roast lamb as it's cooking, or before grilling / pan-frying lamb chops or steaks. Make kebabs with lamb mince and finely sliced red onion, or use in lamb stews or casseroles.
