Dried parsley is a fresh and flavourful garnish, slightly sweeter than the fresh herb, that is used frequently throughout the cooking process. 

The nutrients in parsley are largely unaffected by drying and so it has strong antioxidant effects and plays an important role in supporting immune health and protecting against chronic diseases.  

Parsley is a great addition to red tomato sauces, ground meat dishes, and herb-laced bread doughs.
