Red Sweet Pepper Flakes
These red sweet pepper flakes are unlike anything you've ever had. Produced by dried Florina peppers, known for their sweet, aromatic, and unique flavor. Traditionally, these long, fleshy, and bright red peppers are coming from northern Greece, and specifically from the wider area of Florina; for which they are named.
Florina peppers are high in vitamin C, an antioxidant that can support and protect the immune system and increase collagen production in the body. The peppers are also high in vitamins C, D, K, and E, as well as iron, manganese, potassium, and fiber.
A flexible ingredient that you may keep in your kitchen cupboard and use whenever you want. They have a sweet, earthy, fresh, tangy, and crunchy flavor profile.
Without the added heat, it's ideal for garnishing or adding amazing flavor to all of your favorite dishes.

BONUS TIP: To rehydrate these dried sweet pepper flakes, soak one part of dried pepper flakes in two parts of cold water for about an hour, then drain and add to your dish. Allow 3-5 minutes in hot water or 1-2 hours in cold water for rehydration.
