"Tsoureki" (Brioche) Spice Mix


This spice mix is the very best thing to prepare "Tsoureki", a traditional Greek style sweet brioche bread, usually consumed at Easter time.

More about "Tsoureki": It's created with flaked almonds and sesame seeds on top of a yeasted rich sweet dough that's comparable to brioche. The dough is light, fluffy, and elastic, with a beautiful golden crust and a stringy texture that is usually braided.

Mahlep, Vanillin, Cardamom, Mastic

Use 20-25gr per kg of flour.
