For soups, stews, sauces, pasta, rice, backpacking trips, crockpot dinners, dry beans dishes, couscous, scrambled eggs, omelets, creams, purees, broths, and other dishes calling for cooked vegetables.
BONUS TIP: Rehydrate by soaking in boiling water for 10 minutes or adding immediately to a meal that will cook for at least 10 minutes. Roast for 3-4 minutes at 250 degrees to unleash extra flavor.
