Serenoa repens, American dwarf palm tree, or cabbage palm,  is a plant endemic to the Caribbean and America that produces saw the saw palmetto fan berries.  Their advantages have been recognized for millennia since they have been used to treat urinary tract disorders, boost sperm production, and preserve prostate health in traditional, eclectic, and alternative medicine.

Organic ingredients in the berries can help to decrease inflammation and boost the immune system. Serenoa repens' most important feature is that it has been proved to promote prostate health. It also helps males with libido loss and increases sperm production, an enlarged prostate, and hair loss, as well as treating benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH) and lowering the risk of prostate cancer.

Saw palmetto also helps as a natural cure for asthma, chronic bronchitis, and chronic pelvic pain syndrome. It can also help relieve chronic pain and migraines by increasing urine flow, and promoting relaxation, thus enhancing sex drive.

You may pulverize them and add them to meals, yogurt, smoothies, and oatmeal or brew a tea by following the directions below.

Recommended Dosage
◉ 1-3 teaspoons of loose tea (or 3g up to 3 times) daily. If more than one herbal mixture is consumed at the same period of time, reduce the amount of tea accordingly.
◉ When herbs are used for an extended period of time, it is suggested to consume a herbal remedy with a ratio of 3 to 1. For example:
- If you choose to take it for 3 weeks, have a one-week pause.
- If it is taken for a 30-day period, have a 10-day pause.
That does not apply to herbs and fruits that have a laxative effect.

Notes
◉ Should be stored in airtight glass containers -in a cool, dark, and dry place- to preserve the flavor, texture, and properties.
◉ Before adding a new herbal remedy or supplement to your daily routine, you should consult with a medical doctor or holistic health practitioner.
